I've cancelled my membership, why am I still being charged?

Can I delay my start date when joining?
Yes. Just specify to our membership team what date you would like to start.
Can I change the date that I pay for my membership?
Yes. If you have a preferred date, contact members@rawcondition.com and let our team know.
Do I have dual access with my membership?
Yes. All of our memberships offer roaming access to both Sandyford and Donnybrook
How can I update my payment details?
There are a few ways to achieve this. Email us at members@rawcondition.com and we'll take it from there
Raw + App Issues
My app is not working, I can't access my barcode
There could be a few reasons for this. Please visit us at reception and we'll look to get this sorted for you
How do I book classes?
You can book in to any of our classes via the Raw Gyms + app.
I'm unable to book classes?
If you have only registered, please allow up to 24 hours for us to verify your app access. Otherwise, contact us at either reception and we will see what the issue may be.
Other Questions
How do I get started with my program?
We can book you in either at reception or over the phone. The schedule will depend on trainer availability.
Is Personal Training available?
Yes. Simply grab one of our trainers or our club manager who will be able to get this looked after or you can email pt@rawcondition.com
Can I bring someone to try out the gym?
Yes. You can offer a referral to a friend or family member who may be able to earn you a free month on your membership if they join.
